You have an electrotechnical background and would like to use your expertise in consulting and in the office in the future? In this function, you accompany customers in new forms of energy use and bring your practical experience to bear. You can expect an exciting environment around the energy transition

Your field of activity

• You will advise and support our customers on technical and practical questions relating to energy communities such as associations for self-consumption (ZEV) and local electricity communities (LEG).
• Thanks to your electrotechnical background, you understand their concerns and can classify technical issues in a practical way and convey them in an understandable way.
• In difficult business cases, you support the customer consultants from the Customer Center and coordinate issues within BKW and its subsidiaries.
• You maintain customer relationships in accordance with our guidelines and ensure high-quality services as well as professional process quality with quality controls.
• You bring your practical experience in the further development of our processes, customer journeys and IT systems and help to improve processes.

You bring that with you

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer, assembly electrician or a comparable electrotechnical training and have practical experience in the electrical industry.
• You want to develop professionally and use your technical knowledge in an advisory role in the office in the future.
• You enjoy contact with people, communicate comprehensibly and support customers with technical issues.
• New awakens your curiosity: You enjoy expanding your knowledge, taking on changes and familiarizing yourself with new processes and systems.
• You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented and at the same time appreciate the exchange in an open team.

Instead of on the construction site, you will use your technical know-how in future consulting and deal with topics that are increasingly important for the future energy supply. The position is therefore particularly suitable for electrical specialists who want to remain close to the technology, but want to develop away from the construction site and towards a consulting activity.
