Key requirements
- Diplôme universitaire ou formation spécialisée de niveau supérieur ; expérience dans le domaine du développement d'entreprise, du développement stratégique ou du développement organisationnel
- Approche systémique et interdisciplinaire ; goût pour les problématiques complexes et exigeantes
- Expérience dans l'accompagnement des processus de changement ; solides connaissances des méthodes de gestion du changement
- Solides compétences en communication et en médiation ; expérience en matière de leadership transversal
- Capacité à saisir rapidement des situations complexes et à les présenter de manière adaptée au public visé
- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'allemand ; la maîtrise de l'italien ou du romanche constituerait un atout.
