Full description

In the Fleet Management at BKW you keep the administrative processes around our vehicle fleet running. You coordinate operational processes, connect internal departments with external partners and actively shape the further development of our processes and systems.

Your field of activity

• You manage the administrative processes throughout the vehicle life cycle – from procurement to return and recycling
• Vehicle, personal and contract data you care carefully and ensure their quality
• You coordinate vehicle returns, transports and other operational processes and coordinate with internal specialist offices and external partners
• You get involved in digitalization and optimization projects, question existing processes and independently take on smaller work packages
• Invoice audits, billing, accounting as well as the processing of fuel cards and vehicle-related business cases are part of your area of responsibility
• With evaluations and key figures you create reliable foundations for decisions

You bring that with you

• A completed commercial training EFZ or a technical background as well as several years of professional experience in an administrative, coordinating or process-oriented function
• You have preferably already gained initial experience in project management and would like to expand it further
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, as well as a high affinity for digital systems
• Good process understanding and the ability to keep track of multiple parallel tasks
• An independent, careful working method and skill in setting priorities
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and the willingness to improve existing processes
