In order to strengthen our Medical Coding team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Medical Codifier, 80% This is done by timely, revenue-optimized and audit-proof coding of inpatient cases in various medical fields according to SwissDRG

Continuous development of coding practice and active professional exchange within the coding team

Close cooperation with doctors and nurses to optimize medical documentation

Interdisciplinary cooperation with other services as well as billing

Completed basic medical training or in-depth professional experience in the health care sector Experience in medical coding, ideally with federal law. Rapid comprehension and interest in professional and personal further development Skilled use of MS Office as well as common coding and analysis tools Precise, independent and efficient working methods Joy of teamwork and collegial exchange mother tongue German or French with knowledge of the other language
