The Anker-Dorf Ins is a well-developed and attractive community with around 3,900 inhabitants in the middle of the 3-lake region. The school complex is beautifully embedded in the center of Ins. In a motivated and committed team of 30 teachers and additional specialised teachers, around 300 students are taught in cycles 1 and 2. A school secretary, day school principal and staff, school social workers, housekeepers and members of the authorities also participate in the successful school day.
As a result of the retirement of our co-principal, we are looking for 1. August 2027 as a supplement to our co-school management team
Tasks
- As a member of the school management, you take on the operational and personnel leadership in Cycle 1 with a lot of leadership and esprit.
- You design school and teaching development in cooperation with the co-management, the college and the authority
- Represented together with your job partners You are the school against the outside and towards the administration and authority
- With a strong team, they develop a forward-looking strategy taking into account current trends
- They maintain the exchange and cooperation with the municipal and regional educational institutions and with the municipal administration
- They represent the primary school in various committees
Requirements
- A recognised teaching diploma or equivalent education
- Ideally, you have completed the training for school management or are ready to complete the course "THE school is leading"
- Organisational and leadership competencies
- Clear communication, negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Experience and pleasure in accompanying change processes
- A flair for organizational tasks and enjoyment of process optimizations
- They appreciate dealing with different people and stakeholders, are capable of teamwork and can also master turbulent situations professionally.
