Portrait Lenk is a municipality with about 2400 inhabitants. We teach at our school with day school from kindergarten to secondary school eleven mostly mixed-year classes with two school years.
The Elementary School Lenk is looking for a / a
Tasks
- Educational, personnel, organisational and administrative management of the school and the day school
- Link between children, teachers, parents and authorities
- Innovative school development
- Quality assurance
- Maintaining good internal and external communication (ensuring)
- Information and publicity activities
Requirements
- Pedagogical training with experience at elementary school level
- Recognised school principal training or willingness to complete it
- Leadership experience
- High social skills, resilience, assertiveness, organisational talent and flexibility
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to cooperate
- Commitment to the further development of the school
