Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience: in psychotherapy
• Completed basic or further education: Eidg. recognized:r Psychotherapist:in
• Psychologist / psychologist with completed further training for / as a recognised psychotherapist:in
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist: in, ideally first leadership experience
• You meet all the requirements to be able to bill via basic insurance in Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Interest in business contexts and in employee and team development
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Personal video or telephone conversation: For a large number of applicants, we optionally conduct a personal telephone or video conversation. This gives us the opportunity to get to know more candidates within a short time in order to invite suitable people for the next round. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Expert Discussion: In a specialist discussion, specific knowledge relevant for the execution of the job is requested by the manager and/or another specialist and, if necessary, the team. If possible, there is time afterwards to get to know the workplace and team better in a free conversation. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Getting to know the team: Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. In a casual framework, we therefore give the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Talks with HR & department: The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. It is primarily about learning more about the personnel and specialist skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit into the company and team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
