Role overview
- lead 8-member team in terms of personnel, professional and organizational aspects and actively participate in the HR-Services management team
- ensure efficient control, continuous development and quality assurance of processes along the Employee Life Cycle and promote knowledge management within the team
- ensure a customer-oriented, professional and high-quality HR-Services for employees and managers
- help design projects for the standardization and digitalization of HR processes
- Bachelor degree - FH/Uni/ETH - in relevant subject area or
comparable training and further training in the field of human resources
- extensive professional experience in the Employee Life Cycle processes, ideally in a HR Service Center
- proven leadership experience with project work and change processes
- good user experience in SAP SuccessF Factors and experienced handling of Microsoft's 65 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
- Kooperative personality with strong team orientation, high flexibility and diplomatic negotiation skills
- good active knowledge at least a second
Official language, passive Knowledge of the third official language beneficial
