• Organise and manage aircraft in ordinary and extraordinary situations
• Manage subordinates and bear responsibility for results
• Ensure frictionless guidance and ensure stepped communication
• Planning and implementation of training and further education of employees responsible
• Give instructions and guarantee compliance and implementation
• Ensure proper maintenance of the flight material (understand technical documentation in English, level A2)
• Certificate of competence as a polymechanic or similar 4-year basic technical education, higher vocational training or readiness for higher vocational training
• Business knowledge, good expertise with mechanical and electronic systems, professional experience in aviation
• Operational leadership experience, negotiating skills, team- and customer-oriented, initiative and exact working methods
• Very good IT knowledge (MS-Office, SAP desired), military basic training (RS) is an advantage
• Knowledge of English (A2), other official languages beneficial
