As part of a restructuring of the Emmental-Oberaargau AG rescue service, we are looking for a newly created position: Your tasks As CEO, you will have overall operational and economic responsibility for the Emmental-Oberaargau rescue service AG (approx. 140 employees) and lead the two rescue services that are currently integrated into the hospitals into a new, independent organizational structure.
You report directly to the board of directors and lead the management.
You will actively shape the future of the rescue service and ensure sustainable, quality-oriented and economic development.
You strategically initiate innovation projects (e.g.
Digitalization, modernization of vehicles and devices)
You plan, coordinate and delegate measures to implement the strategy approved by the board of directors
You are responsible for economic stability and efficiency and further develop the rescue service with the management
You issue, monitor and implement measures to comply with legal and regulatory requirements
You accompany the operational processes in close coordination with the COO, the management and the medical management
