Role overview

• As a team leader in the operating room, you are responsible for the organisation, coordination and management of this team to ensure optimal patient care and smooth operation
• Management, support and support of employees in the team

• Completion as an OP level or equivalent, recognised training
• Detectional experience in the operating room
• Experience in team management or strong leadership skills would be beneficial

• Control of hygiene and safety standards in the operating room
• Very good knowledge of German and the ability to communicate in French
