Tasks

In addition to the day-to-day operations, you will lead a motivated team of 17 Pharmaceutical Assistants in all human and professional topics and create an appreciative and positive working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute and develop.

• You have the overall view and coordinate the team in hectic situations.
• You ensure a good balance between the needs of the team and the requirements of the operation.
• You bring in ideas, question existing processes and actively design improvements.
• You work closely with nursing, doctors and other specialist areas and are an important contact person within the hospital.
• You participate in projects, quality initiatives and the further development of our hospital pharmacy.

Requirements

• You bring a completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant EFZ and have several years of professional experience in a pharmacy, ideally in the hospital environment.
• With your existing leadership experience, you understand how to inspire, promote and take the team with you.
• You enjoy working with people and taking responsibility.
• Organizational talent, initiative and a solution-oriented way of thinking are central characteristics of you.
• You are a positive, open personality with good communication skills and are interested in further developing processes and shaping change.
• You have a flair for IT systems (MS Office, KISIM, etc.) and are open to the digitalization of processes.
