Are you looking for a versatile and responsible task in outpatient retirement psychiatry? At the University Psychiatric Center in Bern, you work in a dynamic environment and accompany patients with gerontopsychiatric diseases. You are guided by a person-centred and recovery-oriented mission statement and take on a versatile and responsible area of responsibility in the outpatient setting.
Your tasks
- You work in an exploring, mobile setting in interprofessional teams
- You support the care teams in complex gerontopsychiatric and psychosocial situations in retirement and nursing homes
- You design a person-centered, recovery-oriented care and support of patients
- You keep the digital maintenance documentation and create reports
- You recognize changes in the patient’s condition at an early stage and take over the case management if necessary
- You accompany learners and students in their education
- You are responsible for the TARDOC performance billing
- You have the opportunity to participate in various topic responsibilities
Your profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- You bring several years of professional experience in psychiatry as well as experience in accompanying people with dementia
- You have strong professional and social skills in dealing with complex psychiatric situations
- You work independently, structured and responsible and organize your daily work reliably even in mobile settings
- You appreciate interprofessional cooperation and communicate bindingly and solution-oriented
- You communicate clearly, empathetically and professionally even in demanding situations
- You are flexible, resilient and have a high level of social skills
- You show your own initiative and gladly take responsibility
- You enjoy continuously developing professionally and personally
- You are an organizational talent and appreciate both independent work and active exchange in the team
