That's what you expect: As part of Mobi24 AG, a company of the Mobiliar group, you take on a variety of contact center tasks in the insurance field and advise our customers in exceptional situations and emergencies. This is what you do with us: The core of your job is to answer the calls of our customers outside the opening hours of general agencies and to receive electronic damages in all industries. You can consult the customers in a first interview thanks to your insurance skills and create offers as well as insurance certificates. You simply process breakdowns in Switzerland independently, take damages electronically and perform further administrative tasks. That's what you bring:

• Complete basic education in the insurance sector or Training as an insurance agent:in VBV
• Pleasure to customer contact and strong communication skills
• Team skills and independent, customer-oriented working
• Flexibility and high loadability
• readiness to irregular work (e.g. in the evening until 20:30 and on weekends and holidays)
