These tasks excite you
- Ensuring and monitoring optimal delivery readiness
- Planning and dispatching our distribution routes using various IT systems
- Operational management of our chauffeur team in teamwork within the dispatch team
- Technical and operational responsibility for the maintenance and repairs of our fleet of 23 vehicles, as well as claims processing
- Monitoring our chauffeurs’ compliance with the ARV (Working and Rest Time Regulation), as well as their training
- You actively support our warehouse processes and, in the event of bottlenecks, also work as a chauffeur in the delivery area on an exceptional basis

- You have completed an apprenticeship
- Preferably, you have practical experience as a chauffeur and hold a category C truck driver's licence as well as a CZV certificate of competence
- You have good local knowledge of the Bern region and the Swiss Plateau

- You have very good German language skills
- You are flexible with regard to working hours
