- Automate processes using PowerShell
- Data migration and deployment from SharePoint OnPrem to M365
- Development of SP OnPrem and M365 backend services
- Provide new or existing solutions in the M365 environment as well as migration and transformation of solutions from SharePoint Classic
- Generating automatic reports via Power BI; Analyze and troubleshoot and automate LifeCycle issues in the operation of SharePoint OnPrem and M365 services
- Customer care in migration issues of M365 and consulting in solution finding with M365 services (especially in approaches with Microsoft Search and VIVA Suite)
- Lead in projects with agile working methods and proactive participation in their work processes (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban)

- Computer Science Education (EFZ) with flair for software development and automation
- Many years of customer experience in comparable projects as well as know-how in SharePoint OnPrem and M365 and knowledge in the required technologies (PowerShell, HTML5 and REST service, Graph API, PnP); Experience in LowCode Solutions (Power Platform)
- Experience working in agile teams (SAFe/SCRUM)
- Motivated and committed personality; customer- and team-oriented and networked way of working; communicative and able to understand demanding relationships
- Good knowledge of a second official language
