Together with your team of six diagnosticians, you will ensure that technical malfunctions in passenger transport rolling stock are quickly identified, analyzed and permanently resolved. The missions take place mobile directly at the train station or in the assigned rayon. • Professional and personnel management of a team of six diagnosticians and ensuring efficient vehicle diagnostics at the Biel location in compliance with the applicable safety regulations.

• You have leadership experience in a technical environment or have the potential and motivation to specifically develop yourself into a leadership role.
• You communicate complex technical contexts in an understandable way, make well-founded decisions and can justify them in a comprehensible manner.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance or technical support is an advantage.
• You have the willingness to sometimes work in shifts as well as at night and on weekends.
• You have completed basic technical training, for example as a mechatronics engineer, automation engineer, electrician or in a comparable technical profession.
• Very good knowledge of German or French (at least C1) sets you apart
• You can communicate confidently at level B2 in the other language.
