- In this role, you raise the status quo, assess problems, opportunities and risks.
- You will analyze and optimize business processes and, if necessary, carry out training sessions and workshops in Bern or throughout Switzerland.
- You structure and document processual and technical requirements in the appropriate tools (such as Confluence, Jira).
- In cooperation with various stakeholders, you develop solutions, create business cases and check their completeness and accuracy with the respective IT designs and IT detail requirements.
- Furthermore, you support the specialist services and computer science in the conception and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Last but not least, you act as an interface between business and IT and ensure that requirements are optimally implemented in technical solutions.
