Application process
- Together with work organization, responsible for the smooth operation and further development of existing systems as well as the development of new applications and digitalization projects
- Define and control business values and ensure stakeholder management
- Coordinate higher-level cooperation in the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Ensure compliance with requirements by the ART (compliance, strategy, architecture) as well as success measurement and reporting of the business unit
- Financial and professional responsibility (about 67 MCHF, > 35 tax applications) control leadership roles of the backlog and portfolio; contribute to the content of agreements (DLV, PVE, SLA, etc.); carry out recurring resource planning with the BO Chapters and Head of Chapter (>120 employees)
- University degree at FH level in business administration, computer science or comparable as well as several years of experience in product, project or portfolio management
- Experience in the public sector (ideally federal administration) as well as good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the federal administration is advantageous
- Sound knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and HERMES

- Act as a BIT internal representative/in the work organisation for higher-level planning; accept and establish strategic requirements and adapt corresponding plans
