In this position, you are part of the personal injury team and responsible for handling damage cases, in particular in the area of compulsory accident insurance (UVG) and day sickness allowance insurance.

This is what you do with us

The core of this position lies in the independent processing of demanding and complex claims of the compulsory accident insurance and the sickness allowance insurance. Depending on your language skills, you can take on both German and French cases.

As a competent specialist, you make a valuable contribution to claims management, make clarifications and negotiate with insured persons, employers, medical persons, other insurance institutions and lawyers. The corresponding correspondence is done in perfect language.

There is no one word for you. You are happy to support the claims services of our general agencies in technical issues.

This is what you bring with you

• Commercial apprenticeship, social security/insurance certificate of advantage
• Professional experience in the field of UVG and medical day allowance insurance
• Communicative and independent working methods
• Strong social skills and negotiating skills
• Fluent knowledge of German, good to ideally very good knowledge of French and or Italian are welcome
