Do you bring people, resources and service processes together? Then take on a key role in our technical service HLSE and refrigeration technology. Together with your team, you ensure that our service technicians are optimally supported – and that our customers can count on reliable service. In the course of the internal further development of our current job holder, we are looking for a team leader for our team at the Berne location by immediate agreement (Technical Service HLSE & Refrigeration Technology).

You lead the areas of resource planning (disposition), helpdesk and order administration in terms of expertise and personnel. You combine a clear view for the whole with the willingness to take part in day-to-day business.

• You lead, promote and support your team and create an environment in which cooperation and personal responsibility are lived.
• You ensure efficient processes and make sure that everything in the back office meshes well.
• You continue to develop existing processes, implement improvements and keep an eye on their impact.
• You coordinate and plan the piketting service for our service technicians and coordinators.
• You contribute to statistics, reports and evaluations and derive helpful insights from them.
• You actively support your team in day-to-day business and take action where it counts and is necessary.

• Commercial or technical training, supplemented by commercial training
• Several years of experience in a comparable function – for example in the back office, in resource planning, in the helpdesk or in order administration
• Proven leadership experience and pleasure in developing employees
• Very good IT user knowledge and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• Communication strength and pleasure in working with different stakeholders
• A service-oriented, team-capable and solution-oriented personality
• Very good knowledge of German
