In this position you are part of the Legal & Services 2 department of Protekta. Together with your team of lawyers, you are responsible for handling cases in the fields of rental and contract law.

This is what you do with us

The focus of your job is on handling legal cases in the area of rental and contract law (rental law, property law, neighbouring law, work contract, order, purchase contract, etc.).

With your social skills and a healthy dose of willingness to provide services, you advise our customers on all matters within the relevant legal areas.

You will conduct oral and written negotiations with our clients, counterparties, authorities, counter lawyers or other legal representatives.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed legal studies and ideally the attorney's patent
• First practical experience in rental law is a plus
• Customer-oriented, negotiating-strong and flexible working method
• Team-oriented, initiative and open-minded personality
• Open attitude towards digital issues
• Flowing German in words and writing, knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
