In the private clinic Meiringen people with all forms of psychological suffering find admission, treatment and care. The third-largest psychiatric clinic in the Canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the inpatient primary psychiatric care of the eastern Bernese upper country. The patient admission at Privatklinik Meiringen AG is the first point of contact for patients during their inpatient stay. She coordinates the entry process from registration to hospital entry, is in close contact with patients, assignees, insurance companies and internal specialist areas and ensures a smooth process of entry planning.
Tasks
- Professional processing of correspondence and telephone support of patients and referees
- Planning and processing of outpatient preliminary discussions and inpatient stays
- Coordination of bed occupancy for two stations in the electronic bed planner
- Examination of existing and missing cost language
- Triage of patients
- Completion of general secretarial work, including management of email mailboxes
- Assumption of holiday and absentee representation services

- Commercial or comparable training
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the administrative sector, preferably in the health sector
- Openness, flexibility and teamwork
- Openness to new things and joy in getting involved in new tasks
- Good manners and a professional appearance, even in hectic situations
- Responsible, independent and structured working methods
- Safe handling of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of English are required
- Knowledge of French is beneficial
