Your tasks

• You are the first contact person for customers: inside at the reception and at the telephone exchange.
• You coordinate service orders and ensure that they are forwarded to the responsible bodies.
• You help the assignment planning of the service installers and record order reports.
• You support project management in offering, supplier inquiries and billing.
• The billing of service invoices as well as the creation of correspondence, work contracts and supplements are your responsibility.
• Administrative tasks around submissions, projects and the general office organization are taken over by you.

You bring that with you

• You have a completed commercial education or other basic education with further education.
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in a similar position.
• Your precise, independent and reliable way of working distinguishes you.
• Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature You also demanding situations reliable and quality-conscious.
• You are a team player with a high service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• French and English skills are definitely a plus.
