What awaits you. As a customer assistant in charge of frequency recording, you are in direct contact with travelers and seek to identify their travel habits. A varied and paid four-month part-time (50%) training course awaits you, during which you will receive both theoretical and practical teaching. Our training sites are located in Olten and Zurich Altstetten. After passing the exam leading to your training, you will work in shifts and part-time (50%) and perform your role as customer assistant in charge of frequency surveys throughout Switzerland, starting and ending your services each time on the same training site. The Customer Assistance sector offers you interesting development opportunities such as customer assistant training in charge of checking transport tickets, lasting four months, or customer assistant training, lasting eight months. As a customer assistant in charge of frequency surveys, you contribute to our central objective: to enthuse customers. You view irregular hours and shift work as an advantage to enjoy your free time while others are working. With us, working at night and on weekends entitles you to additional remuneration, for example CHF 16.– per hour for Sunday work. Time increases of 10 to 30% are granted for night work, which gives you more free time. • As a customer assistant in charge of frequency recording, you are in direct contact with the customers you support throughout their trip. You question passengers about their itinerary and their transport tickets in order to analyze their travel behavior.
• You enter the collected data on an electronic device.
• You inform customers about their trip, ensure their comfort and direct the flow of people.

• You have successfully completed a professional apprenticeship (minimum of two years) or hold the baccalaureate. Your motivation matters more to us than the industry you come from. - You have very good knowledge of French (level C1) and you are already able to express yourself in German. You are also willing to obtain at least a language diploma (A2 level) within two years: in German, English or Italian. - During the application process, we will ask you for an extract from the criminal record as well as the current debt collection and bankruptcy register (dating less than three months).
