With your organizational talent, you ensure that everything is right from planning to implementation to follow-up. You are an important point of contact for participants as well as our marketing and sales teams.
You can do that.
- You organize our courses and training courses from A to Z and ensure that everything runs smoothly from participant management to post-processing
- You are the organisational hub of our training courses: you coordinate, negotiate, book and communicate with different stakeholders
- You keep an eye on training budgets and costs and ensure transparent and reliable cost control
- You check, create and record invoices relating to our training courses and ensure careful handling
- You support our marketing and sales teams with administrative issues and contribute to efficient processes
You bring that with you
- You have completed a commercial or paramedical education and bring initial experience in organizing training or events
- You are well-versed in using MS Office, feel comfortable in digital tools and use our CRM profitably
- You work in a structured and reliable way, like to take on responsibility and keep track of several parallel tasks
- You communicate sovereignly with different stakeholders and are open for occasional outdoor or evening assignments
- German is your feel-good language and also in French you communicate safely, at least on level B2
