University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
In the child and adolescent psychiatry (KJP) of the Universitary Psychiatric Center Bern (UPZ) you can expect a versatile administrative hub function with close connection to the specialist and departmental management of psychology. With your organizational talent, your forward-looking approach and your sense of efficient processes, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. You coordinate, plan and keep track of a wide range of tasks. You make an important contribution to our specialists being able to focus on their demanding work with children, young people and their families.
Your tasks
- You lead the electronic agenda of the psychology department and department management and organize their administrative everyday life
- You coordinate appointments and meetings and always keep pendencies and deadlines in mind
- You plan, coordinate and organize national and international business trips of the department management psychology and ensure smooth processes
- You coordinate and organize the further training of our employees and thus make an important contribution to the professional development within our clinic.
- You are responsible for the entry process of new employees and ensure that they can start optimally in the KJP
- You control the time recording management (PEP) of the employees and the divisional management
- You write, format and correct documents
- You maintain filings and overviews, take on minor clarifications and bring in ideas to optimize administrative processes
- Other versatile and exciting tasks complement your everyday work
Your profile
- You have an apprenticeship as a merchant or merchant EFZ or as a medical secretary and have in-depth professional experience in the relevant field
- You have strong organizational talent and high planning competence
- Your way of working is precise, structured and forward-looking
- Accuracy and reliability come naturally to you
- You handle confidential data professionally and responsibly
- You are adept at handling the Microsoft Office range and ideally have knowledge of IBICare, PEP and ORBIS
- You think systematically and solution-oriented, work independently and like to take on responsibility
- Even in hectic situations, you keep a cool head
