THE SCOPE OF ACTIONS
- Care and care of women and newborns and gynaecological patients, focusing on clients' needs
- Care and care of patients in multidisciplinary medicine and surgery, focusing on client needs
YOUR TIME
- You play a central role in the personalized care and support of our patients in the maternity service as well as in the adult care service
- In close cooperation with our accredited doctors and an engaged interprofessional team, you are actively involved in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
- You accompany our patients with professionalism, empathy and know-how throughout the care process – from childbirth to postnatal care to adult treatment
- You work in pairs with a Nurse
- You are enthusiastically involved in the training and supervision of learners on a daily basis, thus actively contributing to the evolution of our team.
TRAINING REQUIRED
- You have a health care assistant degree (CFC)
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Experiences in acute care and/or maternity hospitals are an asset
OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- You like to work as a team, you willingly take responsibility and you know how to guide and encourage others
- Your keen sense of communication and empathy allow you to put patient needs at the centre of your action
- You are flexible, stress-resistant and have a great sense of organization
- You master German and/or French (minimum level B2) and are able to express yourself in the other language
- Good knowledge of IT tools
