Start now in a teaching profession with a future! Become an electrical planner: in EFZ and plan electrical installations and plants for private or business buildings. Thanks to your execution documents, the most modern buildings are planned.

Your tasks

During your 4-year apprenticeship, you will learn how electrical projects are planned, drawn and implemented on the construction site. You create project documents on the computer and accompany the execution on site.

• You create plans for various electrical systems, such as lighting, communications, safety and alarm systems, e-mobility and photovoltaics.
• You calculate and dimension systems such as lighting systems, socket lines and power connections.
• With modern drawing and planning software you create detailed plans for the assembly, wiring and connections of the electrical systems.
• You get offers from electrical installation companies, create offers and check invoices.
• You accompany the construction progress and control the installation of the equipment during the various project phases.
• You will work together with various specialists and get a varied insight into the world of electrical planning.
