Mansioni

  • Monitoring of the systems, devices, consoles and interfaces by continuously monitoring operating states, detecting deviations early and thus ensuring stable IT operation
  • Implementation of processing orders in SAP and in batch and dialogue production, by preparing, controlling and, if necessary, initiating recovery or restart measures
  • Troubleshooting in the event of errors and interruptions, by analyzing causes, coordinating measures, initiating escalations and documenting incidents traceable
  • Production planning for the applications responsible, by maintaining them, initiating performance measures, updating documentation and passing on relevant information
  • Requisiti
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the IT area: Completed training in the IT area, production planning or in the application support environment
  • Completed experience in the operation and monitoring of applications and interfaces, so as to ensure a stable, secure and SLA-compliant operation
  • Experience in support, tuning and problem management, to quickly classify, correct and cleanly track faults
  • Technical understanding of performance, tuning and optimization measures, in order to continuously improve systems and processes
  • Very good communication and structure
