Full-time Caretaker Zug/Cham/Baar — Migros-Pensionskasse

Role overview

As a full-time caretaker at Migros-Pensionskasse, you will have a responsible task where you can demonstrate your strengths such as independence, organizational talent, and flexibility every day. You will be responsible for four properties (mixed portfolio 1/3 commercial, 2/3 residential) in the Canton of Zug.

Tasks

• First point of contact for our tenants
• Assistance with the re-letting of rental properties (showing apartments, etc.) as well as apartment inspections and handovers (electronically with iPad)
• Carrying out minor repair work as well as issuing, coordinating, and monitoring orders to tradespeople
• Maintenance of technical systems (heating/ventilation, etc.) and organization of tradespeople in case of damage
• Maintenance of the surroundings (flower bed care, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, etc.)
• Checking and signing off invoices for correctness and completeness (electronically)

Requirements

• At least 5 years: in facility management/caretaking
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): facility maintenance or technical/manual profession
• Driving license Cat. B
• Experience as a caretaker for commercial and/or residential properties
• Good manners, service-oriented and communicative personality with joy in contact with tenants and tradespeople
• Experience in using iPad, IT user skills
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Caretaker is an advantage
• German (native speaker)
• English (an advantage)
