An administrative staff member or an administrative staff member (80-100%) with the Prosecution and Bankruptcy Service, Office of Prosecutions of the Districts of Sion, Herens and Conthey in Sion The Office of Prosecutions of Sion, Herens, Conthey is one of the 5 prosecution offices of the canton and has the task of carrying out the prosecution under the provisions of the Federal Debt Prosecution and Bankruptcy Act (LP). Your tasks:
You deal with lawsuits, continuations of lawsuits, bankruptcy comminations and retention-of-title agreements You collaborate in seizure, inventory and receiver operations You work at the receipt of the Office of Prosecutions (cash, telephones, certificates, etc.) You manage accounting and financial treatment in prosecution proceedings You process real estate, real estate and legal management You work together to process mail and inquiries
