Tasks

• Administrative activities you handle with a lot of commitment – by phone as well as in writing
• The overview of the logistics processes remains with you, even if it gets hectic
• Create new customers, prepare visits, quarterly evaluations and meetings are structured by you, exactly and with much pleasure prepared
• You keep an eye on day-to-day business and ensure smooth processes
• Accounting? Are structured by you and prepared on time – Week by week, month by month
• You use the internal planner storage systems efficiently and with safe handling

Profile

• You have a completed vocational training, ideally with first experience in a comparable function
• You feel comfortable on the computer, with MS Office you juggle safely and efficiently
• Structured work is in your blood – you keep the overview even if it has to go fast. You convince with personal responsibility, reliability and a friendly, professional approach
• You value contact with colleagues and customers – you approach people openly and stay calm and solution-oriented even when dealing with challenging issues.
• You are flexible, resilient and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You like to work on site and appreciate the direct exchange in the team – home office is not provided for this function
• In German and French you are stylish on the road, whether on the phone, by e-mail or in a personal conversation
