Company and context

  • To strengthen the Administration & Finance team, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality with an interest in financial topics, controlling and organizational tasks.
  • In this role, you make an important contribution to the administrative and financial support of the computer science of the city of Bern.
  • You will take on administrative and organizational tasks in close cooperation with the Administration & Finance team as well as departmental assistance.
  • You represent the Department Assistance during their absences.
  • In the framework of maternity representation until 30.
  • On 1 April 2027, you will take on defined tasks of departmental assistance, in particular in the areas of business administration, meeting organization and protocol management. Requirements
  • Commercial or comparable training EFZ with experience in finance / administration
  • Flair for figures and interest in controlling and financial topics.
  • Independent, structured and reliable working method.
  • Experience in organizational and administrative tasks as well as enjoyment of coordinating different topics.
