Key requirements

  • Dank deiner ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie deiner strukturierten und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch in anspruchsvollen Abschluss- und Projektsituationen den Überblick.
  • Du überzeugst als kompetente:r Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte, Business Partner und Fachbereiche und verstehst es, unterschiedliche Interessen zielorientiert zusammenzuführen.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit fundierter Abschlusskompetenz sowie vertieften Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Accounting, Compliance, Internes Kontrollsystem, Governance oder Revision.
  • Du bringst fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach OR und idealerweise Swiss GAAP FER mit. Erfahrungen im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
  • Für diese Stelle setzen wir einen Hochschulabschluss (Uni/FH) in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung voraus.
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Expert:in in Rechnungslegung und Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfer:in, Dipl.
  • Treuhandexpert:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
  • In Deutsch kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C2). Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache sind willkommen.

Company and context

  • Together with the business partners, the finance shared service organization and the central finance functions, you ensure the high quality of the financial processes and continuously develop them.
  • You can move that.
  • You are responsible for the proper monthly and annual financial statements of the Passenger Transport Production Division and manage central closing work such as provisions, accruals, balance sheet statements and financial analyses.
  • As a single point of contact for accounting and compliance issues, you advise business partners, managers and departments on demanding accounting, accounting and governance topics and ensure the implementation of group-wide financial guidelines.
  • You are responsible for the technical coordination of the division's internal control system (ICS), carry out design assessments and control monitoring and continuously develop the compliance and governance processes.
  • You coordinate internal and external revisions and audits, ensure the sustainable implementation of measures, are responsible for records management and support with regulatory and subsidy issues.
  • You analyze complex financial issues, develop well-founded decision-making principles for management and represent the division in cross-departmental projects, specialist groups and group-wide working groups.
  • You actively shape the further development of accounting processes, guidelines and systems and contribute to the standardization, digitalization and harmonization of financial processes within the division.
