- Deployed at several sites, the Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital with outpatient consultations at two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, intellectual disability or physical problems, a specialized school and a socio-professional department.
- Your main responsibilities will be to:
- support individuals or groups, taking into account their needs and projects;
- You are a committed, autonomous, organized and solutions oriented person.
- You appreciate situations that require reflection, adaptation and creativity. You have: a diploma of socio-professional teacher (MSP), teacher ES or HES;
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be to:
- support individuals or groups, taking into account their needs and projects;
- provide appropriate support for autonomy, participation and well-being;
- collaborate with the network of accompanied persons and the various professionals involved;
- administrative follow-up of the accompaniment and workshop: reports, summaries, computerised files, etc.;
- contribute to the development and evolution of practices around autism and complex situations;
- share your expertise and, depending on your skills, participate in the training of the institution's staff in the field of autism.
Key requirements
- You are a committed, autonomous, organized and solutions oriented person.
- You appreciate situations that require reflection, adaptation and creativity. You have: a diploma of socio-professional teacher (MSP), teacher ES or HES;
- specialization in autism and/or complex situations;
- at least 3 years of experience in accompanying people with ASD and/or challenging behaviours;
- good knowledge of TEACCH, PECS or other tools adapted to the person with whom they are accompanied;
- pedagogical skills and an interest in knowledge transfer;
- excellent mastery of common computer tools; Good adaptability and versatility;
