- Independent processing of fault reports via remote access
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in collaboration with internal and external specialists
Main responsibilities
- Independent processing of fault reports via remote access
- Analysis and resolution of complex faults (hardware, software, network) in collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Support of Level 1 support as well as escalation to Level 3 support if required
- Installation, maintenance and migration of servers, networks and peripheral devices
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as reporting on support status Requirements Completed basic technical training
- Sound IT knowledge (hardware, software, networks)
- Experience in the area of public address systems or video surveillance is an advantage
- High quality awareness, reliable way of working and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage What we offer
