Main responsibilities
- You support the property management team in administrative, documentary and coordination tasks.
- You contribute to rental activities, tenant support and smaller maintenance measures.
- You maintain property, tenant and process data and support in their inspection and cleanup.
- You prepare reports, overviews and decision bases.
- You support the harmonization and documentation of different processes and working methods.
- You participate in quality assurance, technical tests and the review of data or documentation.
- You analyze and clean up tenant accounts in cooperation with the real estate accountants

- You will graduate, preferably with reference to real estate, economics, facility management, architecture or a comparable field of expertise.
