Main responsibilities
- You support us with your creativity in the field of flowers and plants and branches with great attention to detail appealing and tasteful bouquets according to customer wishes
- You are responsible for various services (including textile fr, photo machine, PickMup)
- You provide a first-class customer service and stand our customers for various concerns, such as returns and complaints, supporting
- You ensure the high quality of our products
- If necessary you also support in other store areas

- Completed basic or further education: as a florist or in retail trade You are a customer-oriented and friendly
- You like to work independently and reliably
- You are confident in handling customer complaints and communicate with them gladly and effectively
