You provide food and drink service, as well as the management of the bar in the establishments and during the various events, with the participation of people in training You participate in the accompaniment and follow-up of people in the asylum field placed in a program of assessment with the restaurant sector "service" You participate in the routine tasks of maintenance You welcome and motivate people in evaluation with a view to results and valuation You arrange and plan the work and the daily follow-up of your participants
