- Independent and self-responsible support of all process engineering aspects of plants and equipment for the production and filling of Parenteralia as a specialist (SME) with internal and external representation of our organization
- Creation of concepts and rationales to ensure the qualified or validated status of our manufacturing, cleaning and sterilization processes based on applicable specifications and regulatory requirements
- Planning and implementation of qualifications & validations in the aseptic working environment incl.
- Preparation of documentation based on good documentation practices (e.g. development of VPHP decontaminations, sterilization validations and cleaning effectiveness)
- Coordination and execution of process engineering changes and optimizations of process plants in cooperation with internal partners (e.g. workshops, automation, engineering and quality assurance) and external service providers
- Ownership of simple to complex deviation, change and CAPA records incl.
- Cause analyses as well as participation in quality risk management and company-related SOPs in connection with the area of responsibility
- Management of investigations and troubleshootings in plant problems and cooperation in process-related deviations in production
