Main responsibilities
- Du förderst und forderst deine Teammitglieder und begleitest sie aktiv auf ihrem Entwicklungsweg
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, dem Product Owner und dem Software Architect sichert den gemeinsamen Erfolg
- Als Engineering Team Lead bist du aktiv am Design und der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen beteiligt (auch unsere Engineering Teamleads coden)
- Deine fachliche Expertise und dein Führungsinstinkt tragen zu einem motivierenden Arbeitsumfeld bei
Key requirements
- 5+ Jahre: Softwareentwicklung
- Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college): Informatik
- Mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung bringst du eine solide, breit abgestützte Expertise mit
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle
- Ausgezeichnete Software-Engineering-Kenntnisse - idealerweise im Kontext von grossen Event-driven, distributed Systems.
- Erfahrung mit C# und Python ist von Vorteil
- Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung und DevOps (CI/CD, Automatisierung, Configuration Management und Deployment-Tools)
- Solide SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (Bonuspunkt, falls du mit Google BigQuery vertraut bist)
- Die Fähigkeit, sich an kontinuierliche Veränderungen im Arbeitsumfeld anzupassen
