Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day business and get involved yourself
- A team of around 10-15 employees will lead you professionally and personnel
- You will continuously develop your team and recruit new team members
- Employee discussions with your team you lead independently
- You work on projects and actively contribute your team and logistics know-how to the continuous improvement of work processes Requirements Several years: Leadership of teams
- Completed initial or further training: Logistics
- You have in-depth logistics experience, whether through appropriate training or many years of practice.
- Leadership experience, ideally in the logistics environment or a similar field, is one of your strengths
- Ideally, you have an SUVA-approved truck pass in the categories R1, R2 and S2
- Resilience, humor, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality set you apart
