- Independent management, development and support of the electric team
- Technical and organisational management of subordinates
- Planning of the employee(s): Inside assignment in the team (resource planning)
- Independent processing of demanding projects from concept to implementation
- Conceptual project development, testing of technical feasibility and implementation of innovative solutions
- Advising customers on economic efficiency over the entire life cycle of a property
- Close cooperation with the other departments of Amstein + Walthert
- Participation in project competitions and in contract acquisition
- Shared responsibility and active participation in the acquisition
- Further development in management with the aim of divisional management
- Co-creation of the services of A+W Basel and active team development
- Higher level of technical training Specialisation Electrical and/or several years of experience as Head Electrical
- At least 5 years of professional experience and experience leading interdisciplinary project teams and staff
- Proven experience in the planning and implementation of technically demanding projects
- In-depth experience in electrical planning
- High social competence, secure appearance and pronounced customer orientation
- Enthusiasm and pleasure in demanding work
- Self-employed, reliable and dutiful character with purposeful working methods
- Good knowledge of MS Office and planning tools (NPK, Steiger, etc.)
- Experience and/or interest in CAD (3D planning in Revit)
- German skills in word and writing
