- You will be the primary operational anchor and practitioner-leader for our delivery organization, bridging the gap between strategic intent and technical execution.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to lead engineering teams in building sustainable products that accelerate the delivery of life-changing diagnostics and medicines.
- Description of the Area We are seeking a hands-on leader, ideally with experience as an STE, RTE, Program Manager or Initiative Owner, to guide a diverse delivery team, including Senior Project/Program Managers, Deployment Leads, RTEs, and STEs.
- You will operate as a practitioner-leader, balancing deep mentorship with Network Execution.
- Success in this role relies on establishing absolute trust with Business and IT leaders through constant communication and active partnership. The Opportunity:
- Drive Product Strategy: Accountable for setting the product direction, ensuring all features and roadmaps align with defined financial objectives and organizational goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Excellence: Orchestrate the continuous flow of the Agile Value Stream while simultaneously driving distinct programs and projects to successful completion.
- Foster Trusted Partnerships: Build deep alliances with Business and IT executives through transparent communication to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
- Champion Customer-Centricity: Act as the primary owner of the customer's problem, prioritizing internal user needs to deliver solutions that provide tangible value.
- Execute End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation and strategic planning through to launch, scaling, and eventual retirement.
