During the training period, they go through various areas such as reception, purchasing, sales, forwarding, accounting and HR. You have the opportunity to get to know numerous tasks;
- How do I write a professional email? Communicate via teams and work with Sharepoint?
- How do I communicate with international customers on the phone and advise them competently with questions?
- What do debtors and creditors mean, how are they processed and what is triggered in the background?
- What does it take to ship goods all over the world? What documents do I need to create? What rules must be observed?
- How do I organize an event so that everything runs smoothly (e.g. for the learners and training officers or the future day)?

- You have successfully completed secondary school (level E or P) or are about to graduate.
- Good grades in the subjects German, English, French, mathematics.
- Good understanding, joy in organizing.
- Flair for numbers and languages (German and English mainly).
- Enjoy working on the computer.
