- Erfahrung mit Backup/Restore und Storage (z. B. Veeam) sowie Monitoring/Logging
- Starke Skills in Automatisierung & Skripting (PowerShell; idealerweise Git-gestützte Arbeitsweise, CI/CD-nahe Methoden von Vorteil)
- Von Vorteil bist du vertraut mit Ansible und Quellcodeverwaltung mit Git
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung und gute Kommunikation; Anwenderkenntnisse in der Atlassian Cloud Suite

Application process
- You design, implement and operate modern Windows-based platforms and actively develop them (focus on engineering, with active participation in operations)• You and the team ensure stable and safe operation throughout the Lifecycle (Run/Operate &/81): Monitoring/Alerting, Incident/Problem Management, Patch/Release Management, Capacity/Performance and Availability• You advance standardization, automation and curity of the system environments (e.g. via IaC/Skripting)• You take over engineering responsibility for Lifecycle topics: design, build, patch/release management, capacity, performance and availability• You analyze faults sustainably, perform root- and root-based analysis and implement lasting improvements (problem management)• You work as a technical lead or specialist in company-wide projects and gain your know-how• You advise application managers and internal teams on infrastructure, architecture, security and operating models• You take care of system, architecture and operational documentation, Standards and Runbooks and ensure their availability• After the introduction of piket services, you take over in the defined cycle and ensure operational safety even outside of office times• Planned maintenance windows and Changes are regularly held outside office hours and on weekends (depending on requirements) Requirements
- Completed computer science training (EFZ/HF/FH) or comparable, multi-year experience as Windows System Engineer• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, e.g.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server & Clients, MS SQL (operational), Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange (Online/Hybrid), Teams/VoIP• Experience with virtualization technologies, ideally VV (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter)• Good knowledge of network technologies and security principles (LAN/WLAN, Cisco, 802.1x, hardening, and sympathies)• Experience with backup/restore and storage (e.g.
- Veeam) and Monitoring/Logging• Strong skills in automation & scripting (PowerShell; ideally Git-supported mode of operation, CI/CD-related methods of advantage)• Advantage is familiar with Ansible and source code management with Git• Structured, self-responsible mode of operation, high service orientation and good communication;
- User knowledge in Atlassian Cloud Suite• Very good German;
- French and/or Italian skills are advantageous
