- The Global Supply Chain and Product Strategy Organization (PTS) seamlessly connects markets to the global manufacturing network by managing inventory, supply, and replenishment planning.
- We orchestrate the value streams between sites and affiliates by balancing demand and supply, and ensure right-first-time order fulfillment and delivery of medicines across the global network.
- In addition, we are also accountable for product strategies, leading in the design of products and supply chains in line with go-to-market strategies and ensuring the health of our products.

- Operating as a core pillar within this department, the Supply Chain Excellence team focuses on embedding a permanent culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and organizational capability building. The Opportunity
- As a Supply Chain Excellence Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Excellence.
- In this role, you will act as a key change agent, identifying operational challenges and deploying sustainable, high-impact improvements across the global supply chain. Your specific accountabilities include:
- Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiency across end-to-end supply chain processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning while orchestrating operational excellence capability building across the supply chain.
