Role overview

Tasks

• As a member of the Executive Board, ensure overall operational management and strategy implementation
• Strategic and operational development of care quality and specialist standards in close cooperation with the Head of Operational Core Business
• Responsibility for Evidence-based Practice, Concepts and Guidelines in Care and Home Economics
• Direct leadership of a motivated and committed team of experts, nursing experts and APNs
• Ensure a need-oriented professional training together with the Department of Human Resources and Education
• Designing future supply models in outpatient care Requirements:
• Master's degree in nursing, preferably with further education in the field of leadership
• Experience as a senior nursing expert, as well as project and leadership experience, experience in shared governance
• Openness for a shared leadership model
• Strategic competencies and strong process thinking
• IT affinity and interest in the application of new technologies in the service environment
• Integrating personality with high social and communication skills
