- You will be instrumental in delivering the region's retail development and renovation program, upholding brand desirability, execution quality, project planning, budget, and sustainability commitments.
Main responsibilities
- This pivotal role, blending Headquarters and regional responsibilities, ensures both Brand desirability through design excellence and Brand productivity via operational efficiency, quality, cost control, and sustainability.
- You will be instrumental in delivering the region's retail development and renovation program, upholding brand desirability, execution quality, project planning, budget, and sustainability commitments.
- Regular travel across France, Switzerland, Italy, and Nordics is essential for site assessments and project oversight.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design: Coordinate design development from concept to construction documentation, ensuring consistency with Piaget's architectural standards and Brand identity.
- Manage external design specialists (architects, 3D artists, consultants).
- Collaborate with HQ Retail, VM, and Commercial teams to optimize retail experience and operational efficiency.
- Budgeting, Planning & Construction: Lead projects from investment validation through construction and close-out, developing and controlling budgets, CAPEX, and planning.
- Drive tendering, technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.
- Manage procurement, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate permitting, landlord approvals, and local authority relations.
